Melinda May, MT, CPA, CGMA
Bringing clarity, confidence, and strategy to business owners and professionals.
Melinda brings over 30 years of experience to her work, combining the depth of a CPA with a Master’s in Taxation and the strategic perspective of a CGMA (Chartered Global Management Accountant). She partners with busy, established business owners who want to stay focused on running their companies, while trusting that their accounting, tax, and financial strategy are handled with clarity and care.
Drawing on her background in both public accounting and private industry, Melinda blends these worlds into a unique “hybrid” approach. Her time in public practice provided experience managing multiple clients and navigating a variety of industries, while her years as CFO for a land development and large construction company gave her hands-on operational and financial leadership experience.
This combination allows her to look deeper into each business, offering forward-looking financial planning, operational insight, and proactive strategic advice. Clients value her ability to bring structure, strategy, and big-picture thinking to every conversation, helping them grow confidently with a trusted advisor at their side.
Kollin Carter, CPA
Kollin is a CPA who loves helping clients make sense of their numbers and find practical solutions to everyday challenges. He approaches accounting like a puzzle in that there’s always a way to make the pieces fit, and he doesn’t stop until everything clicks into place.
